Mohamed Sissoko made his debut for Paris-Saint-Germain last night after several months on the treatment table.
He played in the reserves for 75 minutes last week in a 2-0 defeat against Ivry, giving Coach Antoine Kombouare the impetus to select him in his match day squad against Montpellier.
The Malian international came on as a second-half substitute in the 70th minute to finally make a long overdue debut for the Parisians.
“Personally, it felt great when I came into the game.” he told PSG TV .
“After seven months of being unavailable, coming back and playing twenty minutes gives me great pride and satisfaction. Above all, we leave with three points. So I’m really happy tonight. “
