Carlo Ancelotti looks prime and ready to be installed as the new Coach of Paris Saint-Germain after landing in the French capital.
Le Parisien reports that the Italian landed in Paris just shortly after 2pm this afternoon and is now en route to the Parc des Princes to iron out the details with director of football Leonardo.
It still remains unclear what Antoine Kombouare’s situation is after the club released a statement last week confessing that they are trying to work out an amicable solution. Nevertheless, it appears Ancelotti, a two European Cup winner as both a player and Coach, is about to take the helm in a new era for the club.
He will become the highest paid Coach in the history of French football, netting an annual salary between €6m and €7m.
